Today Burch & Cracchiolo announced that partner Susanne (“Susie”) E. Ingold has been elected president of the Firm.  Susie Ingold has been in practice with Burch & Cracchiolo for 26 years and is the first woman to lead the Firm.  She succeeds Andy Abraham, who has served as president and led the Firm since 2017.

Ingold’s practice specializes in all aspects of Employment Law and Litigation. She is a seasoned trial lawyer and has tried cases in State and Federal Court.  She has argued cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Arizona Court of Appeals.  She represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the United States Department of Labor.

Ingold received her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and her B.A. from Stephens College in Colombia, Missouri. Susie was also a Board Member for the University of Arizona Law College Association from 2011 through 2016.

Susie Ingold is a recognized Southwest Super Lawyer, having been named to the Top 50 Attorneys in Arizona and Top 25 Women Attorneys in Arizona lists in 2023 and 2024, and she is a Best Lawyer in America. She is a current Member of the Board of Directors for the Arizona Humane Society, 2013-present, and has served on the Executive Committee as Chair of the Governance Committee and Secretary. Ingold was also a member of Valley Leadership, Class XXXIV.

Andy Abraham remains a senior partner and continues his robust practice in real estate law and litigation at the Firm.
