Fennemore Craig Phoenix office attorney, Emily Ward, has been appointed to the State Bar of Arizona’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee.

Ward focuses her practice in the areas of business litigation and business torts. She is actively involved with the Arizona Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the Arizona Women’s Lawyers Association. Ward also assists in the adoption process for the Volunteer Lawyers Program and volunteers with the Kiwanis Club International – Young Professionals Division. Ward earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Arizona.
The State Bar of Arizona’s Civil Practice & Procedure Committee studies and makes recommendations on proposals and/or issues involving the various rules impacting civil practice as submitted by the Bar, third parties, and court-appointed committees and commissions.
