Three members of the management team at Phoenix-based full-service advertising and marketing agency LaneTerralever have earned promotions at the senior management level.

Company president Chris Johnson and CEO Beau Lane announce that David Foster will now serve as chief operating officer, Jennifer Ennesser is now senior director of account services and Amy Raymer now fulfilling the role of director of planning.

With nearly seven years in leadership roles at LaneTerralever, Foster has more than 20 years of experience in operations management and providing professional services from startups to Big Five companies. He has served in roles that have included large-scale business systems transformation at Premier Farnell, J.P. Morgan Chase and Wachovia. 

He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where he earned a B.S. degree in engineering physics.

Ennesser brings more than a decade of experience to her new role, nearly three of which have been with LaneTerralever. She has led successful product launches in consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods and business-to-business services for companies that include Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, Boulder Canyon Natural Foods, T.G.I. Friday’s Snacks and Poore Brothers Chips. 

She is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earning a B.S. in marketing.

A member of the LaneTerralever team for the past three years, Raymer has more than 10 years experience in business and marketing strategy, planning and research at companies that also include PetSmart and The Lavidge Company.

She majored in international business and finance at the University of Arizona before graduating with a B.A. degree in Russian and Slavic Studies/Linguistics from Arizona State University.
