Michael A. Wrapp has joined Tiffany & Bosco as an attorney in the firm’s Phoenix Office. Michael’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and banking litigation and transactions; as well as financing, corporate law, business planning and formations. Michael attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned his B.A. in 2010, and his J.D. and MBA in 2014 with a concentration in corporate finance. During law school, Michael was a recipient of the Notre Dame Law School Fellowship, an academic merit scholarship. Prior to joining the firm, Michael had a postgraduate fellowship with the Energy Policy Innovation Council at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
