CBRE’s Tucson office announced its list of top professionals for 2012. These commercial real estate experts, in alphabetical order, are recognized for their leadership and production.

“These individuals set the bar higher each year,” said Ike Isaacson, managing director of CBRE’s Tucson office. “We are extremely proud of them and thank them for their hard work.”
Topping the list for the fourth time was Nancy McClure, who has more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience providing leasing, sales and investment services to owners, occupiers and developers of retail product throughout the greater Tucson area.
McClure also earned the top spot in 2000, 2008 and 2010. Among her significant transactions in 2012 was the $32.3M sale of Campbell Plaza and the successful repositioning and lease up of the vacant Mervyn’s store located on the NEC of Broadway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. to new tenants, Stein Mart and Hobby Lobby.
