Dermody Properties has named 30-year industrial and office real estate veteran Patrick Gallagher as the partner managing the firm’s newly established Southwest Region Office in Phoenix.
Gallagher will spearhead the firm’s ambitious industrial and office development program in the Southwestern U.S., focusing on the Phoenix, Denver, Texas and Southern California markets.

Gallagher has completed more than $1.8B of industrial and office transactions throughout his career. He has played key roles in the development, leasing and sales of more than 3.9 MSF of Class A office space and 11.5 MSF of investment-grade industrial projects.
Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President at The Alter Group, where he was responsible for identifying and managing new development opportunities across the country. Prior to joining The Alter Group, he held senior positions at Trammell Crow Company and Pizzuti Companies.

Gallagher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Benedictine University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute Council and the NAIOP Industrial Forum.
