hardison/downey construction hired two new project managers specializing in tenant improvement work.

Dave Blickenderfer will work on hd/c projects Octane Raceway and restaurateur Craig DeMarco’s new concept, Gilbert Mex. A resident of Gilbert, Blickenderfer was most recently with Renaissance.

He has extensive experience in commercial construction and has been managing projects for more than 12 years, working for clients such as Hyatt, Insight and M&I Bank. He received his BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Kevin Nelson, a resident of Paradise Valley, is currently working on renovations at Go Daddy’s Scottsdale headquarters. He was most recently with McCarthy Nordburg Architects.

He has been in the industry since 1995 and specializes in office and retail tenant improvement projects. He brings with him project experience with clients such as RED Development and Cox Communications.
