A 2010 graduate of Arizona State University in Housing and Economic Development, Buescher’s responsibilities in his new role as Development Representative include:
- Site identification & assessment;
- Market research & financial analysis;
- Planning & design review and recommendations;
- Obtaining government approvals and permits;
- Construction compliance and contract adherence;
- Budget and schedule oversight.
