Lee & Associates Arizona announces the promotion of two associates, Matt Fredrick and Colton Trauter, to principals.
Both brokers had exceptional results in 2012 which capped off years of hard work and success.
Fred Darche, Managing Principal with Lee & Associates stated that both brokers achieved a high level of professional and transaction success that earned them ownership in the most successful office in the Lee national network.
“Both brokers joined us after college and took advantage of the experience and training at Lee & Associates,” Darche said.
Fredrick graduated from Arizona State University and is an active member of NAIOP and specializes in landlord and tenant representation for leasing and sale of industrial properties. Matt has completed more than 400 transactions totaling more than 3 MSF.
Trauter is also an ASU graduate and received his degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business. He is an active member of NAIOP and Executive Council Charities. Colton specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial office properties. He has completed 300 transactions totalling 4 MSF.
