The Desert West Region office of Lincoln Property Company announced Amr Ceran has joined the company as vice president.
With more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience in Arizona, Ceran’s areas of expertise include acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. Ceran most recently served as asset manager at Voit Real Estate Services.
“Amr is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a broad range of experience,” said David Krumwiede, executive VP, Lincoln Property Company, Desert West Region. “We are pleased to have him join the LPC team.”
Ceran is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a member of Executive Council Charities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the youth of the community.
Ceran holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Arizona State University and an Arizona Department of Real Estate License.
Lincoln’s Desert West Region, which includes Arizona, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico, is based in Phoenix. Lincoln has developed 2.7 MSF, acquired 3.7 MSF feet and manages 5.2 MSF of commercial space.
