ISM Raceway adds 3 to marketing department
ISM Raceway has announced new additions to its marketing department, including Jeff Lapsansky as Director of Marketing, Hilary Adams as Sr. Manager of Growth Segments & Event Experience and Stephen Schindler as Sr. Manager of Advertising & Promotions.
Lapsansky joins ISM Raceway after serving as Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing for the BMW Championship in Oak Brook, Ill. since 2013. A 2007 graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Lapsansky has spent the entirety of his career in professional sports, including time in the ticketing departments with the St. Louis Blues and Chicago White Sox prior to joining the BMW Championship. As the Director of Marketing for ISM Raceway, Lapsansky will lead the marketing team across all areas of focus, including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, campaign analysis, creative, licensing and grassroots efforts, among others.
Joining Lapsansky are Adams and Schindler, together bringing over 10 years of combined experience in motorsports. Adams, a West Virginia native and 2013 graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, joins ISM Raceway following four years at Richmond Raceway. In her new role, Adams will oversee the planning and execution of ISM Raceway’s INfield Experience while also coordinating all marketing efforts for the track’s events outside of its two annual NASCAR event weekends.
Schindler, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and 2014 graduate of Vanderbilt University, joins the team after spending the last four years at Daytona International Speedway. In his new position with ISM Raceway, Schindler will manage the day-to-day relationship with ISM Raceway’s agency of record Zion & Zion and coordinate advertising and promotional efforts for all of ISM Raceway’s events, including its two annual NASCAR event weekends, community events and facility rentals throughout the year.

Jenny Holsman Tetreault elected board chair for Valley of the Sun United Way
The Board of Directors of the Valley of the Sun United Way recently named Jenny Holsman Tetreault as its new chair. Her two-year term as chair began July 1.
Tetreault, who serves as region legal counsel for US Foods, has been extensively involved in the United Way on the local and national levels, as well as a broad spectrum of philanthropic groups in the Valley. Tetreault is a current member of United Way’s Women United Global Leadership Council, and previously served on the Women United Steering Committee locally, where she served as co-chair for 4 years. She has served on the United Way board since 2017.
TOCA welcomes Tyler Collins, MD
The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA), a trusted resource for surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic care in Arizona, announced that Tyler Collins, MD, has joined its expanding orthopedic practice. Dr. Collins is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with expertise in sports medicine. He specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, hip, knee, and elbow. Dr. Collins will see patients in TOCA’s Phoenix and Tempe clinic locations.
Dr. Collins attended medical school and completed his residency at the University of Southern California, where he received extensive training in trauma and fracture care at one of the busiest Level I trauma centers in the country. He later received fellowship training in sports medicine at the renowned Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, where he treated Olympic and professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB. He has advanced training and experience in hip arthroscopy including labral repair and reconstruction, hamstring and abductor tendon repair, and treatment of hip nerve impingement. He is able to treat all joint preserving knee conditions and performs knee osteotomies, multiple ligament knee reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and meniscus transplantation. In addition, he performs all shoulder and elbow procedures including total and reverse shoulder replacements.
New CEO named for Chandler Innovations
Diana White, an entrepreneur, instructor and former director for the Small Business Development Center in Coconino County, has been named CEO of Chandler Innovations, the entrepreneurial development program that promotes the creation and sustainable growth of tech-based startups.
Powered by Moonshot at NACET and sponsored by the City of Chandler, the program offers free business development events and mentorship to those who live or have a business in Chandler.
White briefly served as the Director of Programming and Instruction at Moonshot, but President/CEO Scott Hathcock said it was obvious she would be a perfect fit leading an entrepreneurial program.
“Diana has an exceptional range of experience from retail to instruction to running her own consulting firm,” said Hathcock. “Her passion for business analytics and strategy is obvious and that’s what the startups at Chandler Innovations need – an ally who can help them take their cutting-edge ideas and transform them into sustainable companies poised for growth.”
Robert Rennie joins GlobalMed as vice president
GlobalMed, an international provider of virtual health solutions, announced today the addition of Robert Rennie as Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa(EMEA). Rennie will lead sales efforts across the region and focus on accelerating the telemedicine leader’s global revenue growth.
Most recently Rennie served as Vice President, EMEA, for Atomiton, Inc., where he built robust business development pipelines and achieved high revenue goals for the company’s line of global IoT solutions. Rennie has also developed EMEA sales strategies for multiple U.S. corporations and start-ups, including KPR Consultants Limited, Datacom Systems Inc. and Danaher, where he consistently secured multi-million-dollar deals.
