Arizona Care Network names executive director of clinical services

Arizona Care Network (ACN) has named Jennifer Brooks executive director of Clinical Services, a new position designed to support the organization’s physicians with programs that improve the health of our community.

Brooks joined ACN in June 2017 as senior director of Practice Transformation and Quality. She made an immediate impact on clinical operations by building a team to help ACN doctors identify and resolve care gaps. Under her guidance, ACN streamlined the annual performance audit required by CMS to ensure ACOs provide evidence-based care to members.

To simplify the complexities of accountable care for providers, she built a program focused on the top 10 clinical metrics that, when managed correctly in their patients, are likely to lead to better outcomes and reduced cost of care. She has earned the respect of ACN providers by understanding their world and delivering the tools and resources they need to be successful.

As executive director of Clinical Services, Brooks takes on the leadership responsibility for clinical operations at ACN, including the clinical transformation and N Compass care coordination teams.
