Voit Real Estate Services’ Phoenix office is continuing to expand in the Phoenix market with the addition of a new team of top-producing brokers, according to Managing Director Don Morrow.

Michael Ciosek and Eric Bell, both specialists in industrial and office sales and leasing, have joined the firm as senior vice presidents.

“Since opening the Phoenix office in June of 2010, Voit has continually increased our depth of expertise and reputation in the market,” Morrow said. “We have some of the best brokers in Phoenix on our team, and we are committed to hiring only brokers who not only have established themselves as leaders in their chosen areas, but who are also still in the ascendency of their careers. We are building a young team that will spend the next 10-15 years growing together professionally, allowing the chemistry of the group to mature over time.”

The Ciosek–Bell Team came to Voit from Colliers where it won numerous awards as top producers both locally and nationally. The bring a combined 22 years of experience and expertise in the sale and lease of industrial and office buildings with a sharp focus on the Deer Valley, I-17, Loop 101 corridors.

They have established themselves as having a commanding presence in these areas, completing more than 130 sale transactions over the past four years, garnering a 46% market share.

Ciosek views the opportunity at Voit as providing the focus and support to further his career.

“In many firms there are so many brokers it dilutes the support and often creates competition within the firm. At Voit they are truly focused on my success and are committed to providing the resources I need to achieve my professional goals,” said.

Bell added: “All of the brokers at Voit operate as a team and go out of their way to help each other. We experienced this immediately after we joined, when we needed to prepare for a complex presentation in a short time frame and literally everyone pitched in to help. It was truly a group effort and reaffirmed our decision.”

Morrow indicated there are other prospective brokers that have been targeted to add to the office and there are plans to move to accommodate the future growth.
