Ipro Tech, LLC, a worldwide leader in the design of eDiscovery software,  announced industry expert, Sarai Guerra has joined the growing company as Vice President of Client Strategy. Guerra’s primary responsibilities will include

managing client relationships, implementing best practices, and assisting with maximizing workflows and ROI.  She will also explore ways to improve internal Ipro processes and ensure the teams who interface with clients are delivering the best possible service.

Her experience at leading global litigation support teams will be an enormous asset to the company; and she will greatly help our customers’ traverse the ever shifting eDiscovery landscape.”

Guerra served as Manager of Practice Support Operations at the global law firm, Latham & Watkins, LLP. In that capacity, she built the firm’s practice support center in the U.S. and E.U. to support their global Litigation Department. Her team enhanced the firm’s technology by evaluating and implementing new eDiscovery review and processing applications with over 100 servers firm wide. Guerra assisted with the implementation of new policies and procedures related to eDiscovery, data management, security, and retention. She also served as a consulting expert with the firm’s clients regarding their Litigation matters and improved their internal eDiscovery practices and techniques. Prior to Latham, she served as a Technical Consultant for iCONECT Development and also managed the technical eDiscovery operations for two service providers. Guerra brings a strong technical background and over 10 years of industry experience.
