Long Realty has announced that CEO Rosey Koberlein was named one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Executives by Real Estate Executive Magazine.

To select the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Executives, Real Estate Executive Magazine conducted a comprehensive analysis of the leading real estate companies in America. This recognition celebrates the service, dedication and hard work that these real estate executives put into building their companies and serving their agents and clients.

Koberlein oversees strategic planning and leadership for all of Long Companies, including Brokerage, Mortgage, Title and Insurance. With 30 years of real estate experience, Koberlein has served in branch and senior management positions within Long Realty Company since 1991.

Koberlein serves on the board of directors of the Southern Arizona Leadership Council, and co-chairs their K- 20 Education Committee; she also serves on the board of directors for the YWCA; is an active member of Women at the Top (WATT); Imagine Greater Tucson, and is a proud participant in the Long Realty Cares Foundation, a philanthropic organization that provides a venue for Long Realty sales associates and employees to collectively contribute to enhance the quality of life in Arizona.

In 2004, Koberlein was awarded by Tucson Association of Realtors for her outstanding service, and in 2005, was recognized as one of Tucson’s “Women of Influence” by Inside Tucson Business. In March 2010, Koberlein was honored with the YWCA’s “Women on the Move” award for her achievements in the workplace and the community. In January 2014 and again in 2015, Koberlein was recognized by the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) Most Powerful People in Real Estate and ranked within the Top 20 Most Powerful Women in Residential Real Estate Business in the nation.

Prior to joining Long Realty Company, Koberlein served as a branch manager at Mason McDuffie Financial Corporation in Northern California and Director of Employment and Training programs for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. Koberlein received her Masters of Public Administration from Kent State University and is a Certified Residential Broker.

A Pennsylvania native, Koberlein resides in Tucson’s Foothills area, where she enjoys cooking, walking her dog, Sadie, and taking pride in the success of her employee’s professional and personal lives.
