DRL Corporation awarded Cassidy Turley Arizona the leasing assignment for two Scottsdale office properties, Bay Colony Executive Center and Hayden Corporate Center.

Jeff Hartland, Trevor Klinkhamer and Scott Boardman, with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Office Group are marketing the properties located in the prestigious McCormick Ranch master-planned community.

Bay Colony Executive Center, 8767 and 8777 E. Via de Ventura, includes ±130,000 SF of office space in two, 3-story buildings. The property is less than ½ mile from the full diamond interchange at Via de Ventura and the Loop 101, and is surrounded by amenities including restaurants, shopping, hotels, golf courses and the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, spring training home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rookies.
