Kierland Village Center, a ±116,809 SF neighborhood shopping center in Scottsdale, sold for $25.35M ($217.02 PSF), Cassidy Turley Arizona announced.

Located at 6501 E. Greenway Parkway Rd., the SEC of 64th St. and Greenway Rd., Kierland Village Center includes national anchor tenants Safeway and Walgreen’s (both ground leases).

Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett with Cassidy Turley Arizona negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, Kierland Village Center, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company. The property was purchased by Kierland Village CMH, LLC, an entity formed by RD Advisors and Mariash Corp. Ryan Denk is the President of RD Advisors and Bob Mariash is the President of Mariash Corp.

Built in 2001, Kierland Village Center is located on ±13.43 acres within the Kierland master planned community and less than one-half mile from the Scottsdale Airpark, the largest employment corridor in Scottsdale.

In addition to Safeway and Walgreen’s, Kierland Village Center tenants include national and regional retailers The UPS Store, Subway, Baskin Robbins, Fantastic Sam’s, Einstein’s and Panda Express.
