Cassidy Turley announced that Beazer Homes USA, Inc. purchased 177 partially completed residential lots at Artesa, 43rd Ave. just south of Baseline Rd. in Phoenix.
The Atlanta-based company paid $9.5M for the lots, which included 153 lots that are 65’x110’ and 24 lots that are 60’x110’. Brian Rosella and Will French with Cassidy Turley’s Land Group represented the seller, Crown Phoenix Artesa I, LLC of New York.
“These lots were a good buy for Beazer because there are very few high quality lot opportunities available in this submarket,” French said. “This area has seen above average home price increases over the past few months and Beazer is looking to take advantage of those market dynamics.”
Beazer will be finishing subdivision improvements over the next 6 to 9 months. It has not announced floor plans or pricing for the homes at this time.
Artesa is located less than 15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix and 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Area amenities include four schools within one mile of the community, including Cesar Chavez High School, the 370-acre Cesar Chavez Park that has a 25-acre lake and multiple recreation and sporting fields and the Aguila Municipal Golf Course.
