Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate provider in the U.S., announced they have completed six leases totaling ±80,000 square feet at Avondale Commerce Center, a two-phase, 13-building industrial project located 1050 and 1250 N. El Mirage Rd. in Avondale. OmniSolv Inc. and Amware Fulfillment of AZ, LLC signed lease expansions in Phase 1 of the project at 1250 N. El Mirage. Phase II welcomed four new tenants with ServPro of Litchfield, Miner Southwest, LLC, Hawk Fitness, LLC and Joel Grimes Photography. Cassidy Turley’s Gary Anderson, Justin LeMaster, Paul Boyle and Rick Danis represented the owners, iStar Financial, in all six lease transactions.

Built in 2007, Avondale Commerce Center is a ±600,000-square-foot industrial/warehouse project on 5.81 acres that fronts I-10. Phase I is ±315,160 square feet and includes four ±78,790-square-foot buildings that are divisible to ±9,754-square-feet. Phase II is ±275,393-square-feet and includes nine buildings that are ±30,500-square-feet each and are divisible to ±2,463-square-feet. Phase I spaces include 25’ clear heights with one truckwell and one grade-level door. Phase II spaces include 18’ clear heights with one grade-level door.
