CBRE has negotiated the following multi-family sales transaction:
Cactus Peak LLC of Malibu, Calif., purchased Bougainvillea Garden Apartments, a 31-unit multi-family property at 2032 W. Orangewood Ave. in Phoenix.
Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the seller, Bougainvillea Garden Apartments LLC of Santa Barbara, Calif., in negotiating the $1.45M sale.
The buyer was represented by Scott Trevey of Kasten Long Commercial Group in Phoenix.
