Pines at Papago LLP of Phoenix bought the 26-unit multi-family property at 1627 and 1637 N. 51st St. in Phoenix.
Brian Smuckler and Jeff Seaman of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the buyer and the seller, Robert D. Wuthrich of Kihei, Hawaii, in negotiating the $915,000 sales transaction.
