Clearcall Solutions Relocates Local Office
CBRE has negotiated a 36,370-square-foot lease at Allred Airport Center II, a flex/office building located at 2150 E. Germann Road in Chandler, Ariz.
ClearCall Solutions, a national sales and marketing company, will expand its business to accommodate its growth when the firm relocates from its current facility in Gilbert, Ariz., to Allred Airport Center in mid year.
Mark Krison of CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the landlord, The Douglas Allred Company of San Diego, Calif., in negotiating the five-year lease agreement. The tenant was represented by Kevin Calihan, also in CBRE’s Phoenix office. The exact terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 2001, Clearcall Solutions provides customer acquisition for ADT Security and Dish Network through a strategic marketing campaign that drives inbound calls to its local call center where a highly-trained staff assists callers in obtaining the services of these two companies.
The company has plans to triple in size and expects to see a sharp increase of sales careers available in the East Valley community over the next 24 months. ClearCall’s President, Mike Melton, released the following statement regarding the move. “We are in a strong expansion mode right now. We have plans to hire approximately 200 new employees over the next 24 months. We are just scratching the surface of where ClearCall Solutions will be in the future. We look forward to making a positive impact to the local economy and being a part of the Chandler community.”
Allred Airport Center II is located just south of the Loop 202 freeway and within the Chandler Airport Center, a new 225-acre mixed-use business park which will provide 88,190 square feet of retail amenities in addition to those located at the adjacent Crossroads Towne Center.
The addition of Clearcall Solutions brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.
