Chandra Graham has joined Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. as a Director in the firm’s Valuation & Advisory Services group, according to Catharine Teeter, Acting Senior Manager of the firm.
“We are thrilled to add Chandra to our team of experts, as she brings a strong depth of industry experience,” says Teeter. “The appraisal field remains very active in Metro Phoenix as we experience a large volume of re-financings and investment sales. Chandra’s strengths in advanced cash flow work and office space expertise will be a valuable asset to our platform of services.”
Graham is a nationally recognized commercial real estate appraiser with more than 15 years of experience in the Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, including Arizona, Nevada, Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and West Virginia. She recently served as Director of Research and Marketing for Ensemble Real Estate. She also has handled appraisals for Colliers International and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. She served as a top producer at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services from 1999-2008.
