This spring, local apparel company and community advocate, State Forty Eight, will relocate their headquarters to a new space at 3245 N. Arizona Ave., suite E04 in Chandler.
Frequenters of the original location need not worry as the new space will remain in the Pollack Business Park North off of Arizona Avenue and Chilton Drive, but will feature a dedicated store front with easier street access.
After three years in the current space–which has a small showroom but consist or primarily warehouse space–owners, Michael Spangenberg, Stephen Polando and Nicholas Polando want to expand to accommodate the growing demand of their customers.
“As we grow and evolve, we see a lot of opportunity for a bigger and more versatile space,” says Spangenberg. “We have a steady online business but our customers still like to come in to see and try on the items–and we love having a place to interact with them too.”
There a big plans for the new 2,201-square-foot space. Fans of the brand can expect a more retail friendly environment in the showroom with more product and a dressing room. Additionally, the new location will provide more private office spaces and a bigger warehouse which will be converted into a fulfillment area and photography studio that is never interfering with customers.
“Our focus is to be more efficient, offer more products for sale and entertain more people for small events,” says Stephen Polando.
