Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) announces the sale of 32,000 SF of office space at 3345 S. Val Vista Dr. in Gilbert.
The new tenant will be located on the entire third floor of the 90,000 SF, multi-tenant building. Tyson Breinholt and Shane McCormick of CPI represented the seller, Thomas Hatten, of Mountainside Fitness.
Mountainside Fitness occupies the entire second floor of the building.
“This is one of the nicest properties you can see right off of Loop 202 on Val Vista Drive,” said Breinholt.
Tyson and Shane also represented the buyer, Cascade Financial Services who purchased the space on the third floor for $3M.
