Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI) announces the sale of a 53,823 SF property in the East Valley at 6402 E. Superstition Springs Blvd. in Mesa.
Ken Elmer of CPI’s Scottsdale office brokered the sale for Westwind Holdings, LLC in Chandler to the new owner, Tierra Properties VII, Prescott.
“This high-quality office space ideally matched the buyer’s criteria, and even more appealing, was its 89% occupancy rate,” Elmer said.
The sale was valued at $7.1M ($131.91 psf).
CPI and Elmer have retained the property leasing rights with the new owner.
