“Powering Arizona’s Competitiveness: Palo Verde’s Impact on the State’s Economy” will be the topic at the Arizona Association for Economic Development’s (AAED) October luncheon.   It will be held on Oct. 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.

The speakers will be Bob Bement, executive vice president and chief nuclear officer for Arizona Public Service, and Bill Honsaker, managing director and designated broker for JLL – Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

The pair will share insight into how reliable, cost-effective electrical power plays a key role in attracting and retaining business in Arizona. 

The cost of the luncheon is $45 for AAED members, $65 for non-members and $75 for late registrants.
