“Real Estate Forecast – What is on the Horizon for 2019” will be the topic at the Arizona Association for Economic Development’s (AAED) September luncheon. It will be held on Sept. 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at 2901 N. Seventh St. in Phoenix.
The speakers will be economist Jim Rounds, president of Rounds Consulting Group, and brokers Corey Hawley, first vice president for CBRE, and Pat Feeney, senior vice president for CBRE.
The trio will provide their perspectives on the current condition of the Phoenix metro real estate market as well as what they see moving ahead into 2019.
