MJ Insurance, a leading risk management and employee benefits agency, has announced the addition of employees to the benefits consulting department in both the Indiana and Arizona offices. Joining MJ Insurance are three individuals, two joining the Phoenix office and one starting at the Indianapolis office.
Stephanie Dixon will serve as employee benefits coordinator in the Arizona office. Her responsibilities will range from coordinating materials for educational seminars and conferences, to preparing and assembling custom client materials. Dixon earned a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication studies from Biola University.
Also joining the Arizona office in the benefits consulting department as an account manager is Terri Jackson. Jackson previously worked as a client service executive at Hylant Group, Inc. in Indianapolis. Her duties as an account manager include conducting client strategy meetings, managing the marketing and renewal process and working with the Health Risk Management team in the analysis of claims data and value-add reporting.
In Indiana, Amy Elsner will serve as a client executive in the benefits consulting department. Prior to joining MJ, Elsner served as a senior analyst at Towers Watson in Atlanta. In her new role at MJ she will be responsible for the overall client experience – coordinating both internal and external strategy meetings as well as serving as the primary contact for any service needs.
