Ivan Garcia, senior vice president of commercial lending, First Fidelity Bank
Garcia has played a pivotal role as one of the top SBA lenders for the past two years, showcasing his expertise and commitment to facilitating growth and development in our local economy. Moreover, his involvement in the Pacific Southwest Minority Council, Arizona Hispanic Chamber and Arizona-Mexico Commission underscores his dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion in the banking sector.
Mayra Hawkins, mortgage banker, BOK Financial Mortgage
Hawkins has been in the banking industry since 1987 and has experienced many changes and the ups and downs in the industry. “I have worked for the big players and also the small community banks,” Hawkins says. “It is essential to pay attention to the bottom line, but my primary focus has always been in building genuine long-term relationships with my clients and to go beyond the transaction and become a trusted advisor.”
Matthew Jarrett, senior vice president, Choice Bank
Jarrett has single-handedly opened the market for Choice Bank in Arizona. He has succeeded in making this area for Choice Bank a strong and successful one.
