hardison/downey construction is adding 66, two- and three-bedroom units in
16 buildings to a previously unfinished apartment complex, Cobalt Apartments in Phoenix.
Also included in the project is construction of a 2,300 SF clubhouse featuring a fitness center, kitchenette, lounge and leasing office.
Developer is Goodman Real Estate and the construction manager is Tilton Development. Architect is Todd & Associates
Subcontractors include American Openings, AZ Fire Sprinklers, Cabinets & Related Products, Custom Roofing Co., Delta Electric & Air, Genesee Southwest Builders, HCZ Framing, Heritage Interiors, Modern Group, Red’s Plastering, and Sun Valley Masonry (masonry).
Estimated completion is 1Q 2014.
