LGE Design Build broke ground on a new, build-to-suit industrial facility for Phoenix Pumps at 5100 S. 36th St., Phoenix.

The approximately $4M, 2-story, 41,147 SF building will include more than 11,000 SF of office space.

Phoenix Pumps offers specialized products for the industrial, mining and construction industries with pumps, filtration and flow-meters among the products and services they offer. The company will be consolidating its operations in the new facility.

Cawley Architects is the architecture firm for the project.

Lee & Associates Principal Bob Kling brokered the transaction on behalf of Phoenix Pumps. In addition, Kling will be handling the sale of their existing facilities.

The centrally-located building site will sit on 2.5 acres just south of Sky Harbor International Airport and is in proximity to Interstate 10, Cotton Business Center and Tempe.
