Fennemore Craig‘s Phoenix office added Darcy Elgin to the team, who will be working on environmental compliance and litigation.

Elgin focuses her practice on environmental compliance and environmental litigation.

Prior to joining Fennemore Craig, Elgin was an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles as well as Manatt, Phelps & Phillips also in Los Angeles.

She served as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice W. Scott Bales of the Arizona Supreme Court, and as a Law Clerk to Judge Neil V. Wake of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Elgin earned her J.D. and M.P.H. from the University of Maryland, and her B.A. from Columbia University.
