The city of Glendale is continuing to partner with Mulcahy Law Firm for another spectacular HOA Academy this spring. This unique opportunity provides Glendale residents and HOA leaders alike, an opportunity to learn about relevant issues they are facing in their neighborhoods and get answers from specialists in the field. Helping build a knowledge base and the pool of willing residents is the motivation behind this free HOA training series.
Top concerns requested by Glendale HOA Leaders will be covered in this class, including:
• “Amending Association Documents”
• “Budgeting for Community Associations”
• “Changes in Demographics”
The class will be held at the Glendale Adult Center, 5970 W. Brown St. Saturday, March 9 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Registration is required and is now open. The classes are free to Glendale residents and $20 for non-residents. Early registration is encouraged as only a limited number of seats are available.
