Kercsmar & Feltus, PLLC, a Scottsdale based litigation boutique, announced this week that seven of its attorneys were selected as either Super Lawyers or Southwest Rising Stars by the preeminent lawyer ranking service, Super Lawyers.

Less than five percent of the state’s lawyers are ranked Super Lawyers. Kercsmar & Feltus’ founders Geoffrey Kercsmar and Todd Feltus were selected for their excellence in business litigation.  Greg Collins was honored in the category of intellectual property litigation.

Four Kercsmar & Feltus attorneys were recognized as Southwest Rising Stars. Attorneys Carrie Kercsmar, Julia Guinane and Molly Eskay were selected in the category of business litigation and Sean O’Hara was selected for his work in intellectual property litigation.

“As a firm filled with former big firm attorneys, we know we provide our clients first-rate representation,” said Geoffrey Kercsmar, one of the firm’s managing members. “We are honored that the achievements of our attorneys have been recognized by the leading lawyer ranking service.”

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters organization, is a research-driven, peer-influenced rating service of lawyers. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
