Advice to younger self: “Stop shrinking yourself to make other people comfortable. The things that make you different — your voice, culture, ambition, creativity and resilience — will become your greatest strengths. I would tell my younger self to trust her instincts sooner, take up space unapologetically and understand that not everyone will understand the vision, and that’s OK. Growth requires courage. Some seasons will test you deeply, but every challenge will prepare you for the woman you are becoming.”

Surprising fact: “Although most people know me through business and marketing, I’m deeply creative at heart. I love curating experiences, designing spaces, building visual concepts and bringing ideas to life from scratch. Whether it’s a campaign, an event or even a beautifully designed dinner table at home, I pay attention to every detail. Friends jokingly call me “Tania Stewart” because I love creating beautiful, thoughtful environments that make people feel welcomed, inspired and cared for. Creativity isn’t just part of my work — it’s how I move through the world in both my personal and professional lives.”
