WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE: The Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate for 2026

Alissa Franconi, principal, RSP Architects

Background: Franconi is an award-winning designer who specializes in creating dynamic workplaces that support employee engagement. The first woman principal in RSP’s Phoenix office, Franconi leads the Interior Design Studio, acting as a key client relationship holder as well as design leader and mentor.

Advice to younger self: “I would tell myself to trust her instincts and stop second-guessing the things you already know deep down. Not everything needs to be rushed — life has a way of unfolding exactly when its meant to, even when it feels uncertain.”

Surprising fact: “I’m equally obsessed with building intricate Lego creations and screaming every word to a Taylor Swift song — I’m basically either in my creative zone or my concert era, no in-between.”
