Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, charitable planning and business succession planning, with an emphasis on clarity, compassion, and lasting impact for families. Claus is highly engaged in the Greater Phoenix community, serving in church leadership and on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Arizona Humane Society, where she also chairs the Planned Giving Committee. Advice to younger self: “I would tell my younger self to stop worrying about whether the timing is right and focus on moving forward with purpose. Some of the most meaningful opportunities in my life came from taking a chance before I felt completely ready. I would also remind her that there is no single path to success. Most importantly, I would encourage her to trust her voice, embrace challenges, and recognize that leadership is about learning, serving others, and having the courage to take the next step.”
Professional legacy: “I hope to leave a legacy of service to both the families I have had the privilege to represent and the community I call home. My work has given me the opportunity to help people through some of life’s most important transitions, and I am grateful for the trust they place in me. Beyond my practice, I hope to be remembered as someone who used her time, talents, and leadership to strengthen our community, support meaningful causes, and make a positive difference in the lives of others.”
Surprising fact: “I have a surprisingly accurate talent for naming most ’90s R&B songs after hearing just a single note.”
