Background: Jamison is regional vice president at CORE Construction, where she leads civic and public safety initiatives across Arizona. Known for building trusted partnerships with civic leaders, she is a passionate advocate for innovative public safety design and champions CORE’s Clean Public Safety Building (CleanPSB) initiative, supporting the health and readiness of first responders. Beyond her professional leadership, Jamison is deeply committed to community service, supporting charitable organizations across the state and serving on the boards of the Spring Training Sundancers, Honor Dance and the PHX East Valley Partnership.
Advice to younger self: “I would tell my younger self to stop worrying so much about what other people think. Stop questioning whether you belong in the room, whether you’re experienced enough, or whether your voice matters. Most of the time, those doubts exist only in your own head. I would also tell her to listen a little more closely to the advice from the people who love you. I probably should have listened to my mom when she told me not to quit piano lessons, and I definitely wish I had started golf sooner. Focus on serving others, leading with integrity, and doing the work. Your voice, your character, and your results will earn their place.”
Surprising fact: “A surprising fact about me is that Pocahontas is my 11th great-grandmother. My grandmother spent nearly 20 years doing genealogy research every Wednesday, tracing our family history because she loved it. It’s definitely a fun conversation starter and something most people don’t expect. For me, though, the best part of the story is the dedication my grandmother had to preserving our family’s history.”
