What it does: General contractor

Admirable trait: To proactively increase employee wellness across the health spectrum of its workplace community, CHASSE established its newly launched CHASSEing Healthy initiative in the summer of 2022. The goal of the program is to better CHASSE teammates’ overall health and work-life balance by focusing on tools for better food and nutrition, movement and exercise and mental wellbeing tools and resources.

Community impact: CHASSE has invested more than $3.5 million into charitable causes throughout the community, with a particular emphasis on child-focused philanthropy and efforts that benefit the education of future leaders. Team volunteers – together and on their own – contribute more than 3,000 hours each year on top of all of the above.
