What it does: Specialty insurance carrier

DEI efforts: This year, CopperPoint launched two new learning programs: The BizLearning Library and Blue Ocean Brain. These new online learning tools make it easy for employees to incorporate learning into their day. Blue Ocean Brain, initiated by the company’s DE&I Council, enables employees to learn new things about themselves and each other weekly, much of it focused on DE&I. Through their DE&I Council, CopperPoint is in its second year of offering six $5,000 scholarships to students who maintain a 3.74-4.0 GPA while working or caring for family members and live with financial insecurities.

Community impact: In 2022, CopperPoint donated more than $1.75 million to 352 organizations and employees volunteered over 1,000 hours to 15 charities.
