Workplace culture: Launched in April 2022, Qwick’s four-day work week was designed to give employees better work-life balance and support those who work a “second shift” such as parental or caregiver duties by alleviating extra childcare costs and increasing time that can be spent with loved ones. Additionally, the change resulted in a significant morale increase, with employees feeling “well rested and ready for work on Monday mornings,’’ increasing 32% points to 96% after Qwick started the four-day work week.
