Jennifer Yee, partner, Snell & Wilmer Phoenix Office
BACKGROUND: Jennifer Yee is a partner in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Snell & Wilmer. Yee’s practice is concentrated in management-side labor and employment law. She litigates employment and business cases in federal and state court and works with employers to enforce employment-related agreements, assists with government investigations, and advises on a wide variety of employment law compliance issues.
CAREER PATH INSPIRATION: “My parents inspired me to be a lawyer, by encouraging me to read everything I could get my hands on, advocate for my beliefs and understand that regardless of where you come from, hard work will get you wherever you want to go.”

For the past 11 years, I have co-chaired my Kiwanis club’s signature annual fundraiser — a charity kickball tournament, which brings together outdoor-loving professionals to play kickball and raise money for the youth programs my Kiwanis club supports.”
