WOMEN IN BUSINESS: The Most Influential Women in Arizona for 2026

WOMEN IN REAL ESTATE: The Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate for 2026

Emily Currie, associate vice president, Colliers

Background: Currie is an Arizona-born native and commercial real estate professional specializing in office and healthcare properties across Arizona. As an associate vice president at Colliers, she represents both landlords and tenants in leasing, investment sales, and strategic real estate advisory services. Since beginning her career in 2008, she has been involved in transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet and over $300 million in consideration.

Advice to younger self: “You do not need to have everything figured out to get started or to be successful. The moments that challenge you most will ultimately shape your resilience, work ethic and character. Keep betting on yourself, find a good mentor, never stop learning, and never underestimate the power of relationships, authenticity, and determination.”

Surprising fact: “I love music and have played multiple instruments, starting with guitar when I was 5 years old. I’ve also played drums, saxophone and taught myself piano. While attending the University of Arizona, I had gigs playing guitar and singing in bars and restaurants. After college, I even wrote and produced an original song.”
