Moore Benefits expands to Phoenix
Moore Benefits, Inc. a growing health benefits brokerage for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced that it is expanding into Phoenix-area office to service the needs of Arizona-based businesses.
The company has hired Keith Walton as a Senior Benefits Consultant for the new Phoenix office. Previously, Walton worked as a Financial Services Professional for Mass Mutual in Phoenix.
Walton is experienced in employee benefits, and has knowledge in most every aspect of group health benefits, retirement plans, and specialized programs for owners, key employees and upper management. Keith works with companies to evaluate and implement cost-saving strategies.

McShane Construction Company announces new SVP
Jeffrey A. Raday, P.E., President of McShane Construction Company, announced that Jim Kurtzman has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the company’s Southwest office located in Phoenix, Arizona.
As Senior Vice President, Kurtzman will lead a team of project professionals who are tasked with delivering high-quality construction assignments across various markets. He will also lead preconstruction, budgeting and maintaining client relationships for the office. Additionally, he will pursue and secure new construction assignments for McShane across the Southwest region.
Prior to joining McShane Construction Company, Kurtzman was Vice President at Hardison/Downey Construction Inc. in Phoenix. He has 22 years of experience in the construction industry.
Jaburg Wilk partner named to board
Stephanie Fierro was named to the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Phoenix.
Fierro, a business and estate planning attorney and partner at Jaburg Wilk, said “I am very excited to join this wonderful organization as a board member. Their mission aligns with my values of supporting and empowering women.”
Dress for Success Phoenix was created in 2009 and since has distributed more than $575,000 in apparel and accessories to their clients. Their mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, profession attire and development tools.

He sharpens his technical skills structuring securities offerings, executing merger and acquisition transactions, and advising entrepreneurs along the path from start-up to exit. He regularly prepares operating agreements, shareholder agreements, offering disclosures, and a variety of contracts.
