Built in 1978, it underwent a $3M renovation in 2010. The community sits on a 5.10-acre lot with mature landscaping, a pool and sitting and gathering areas.
The buyers, Senexus BV, LLC, bought the property for $10.3M. They were represented by Hendricks & Partners.
