Employment attorneys J. Burr Shields and Michael J. Petitti announce the opening of Shields Petitti, PLC.
The new law firm practices in employment law and litigation for employers and employees and in mediation and arbitration of employment disputes.
Mr. Shields is a Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America honoree and was Best Lawyers’ 2016 Phoenix “Lawyer of the Year” for Labor and Employment Litigation. He is also recognized by Chambers and Partners in Labor & Employment. He received mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine School of Law.
Mr. Petitti’s practice emphasizes counseling employees and members of labor associations on their rights and responsibilities in disputes against current or former employers. C.J. Diegel, CFP joins Wilde Wealth Management
Wilde Wealth Management Group, an award-winning independent financial services firm, is pleased to announce C.J. Diegel, CFP® has joined the firm as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. In his role, Diegel will focus on wealth management, financial planning, asset preservation planning and investments.
Diegel earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Princeton University. After earning his degree, Diegel served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Air Force Special Operations Command, deploying multiple times during both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, as well as to operations in Colombia. His service to the country has earned him both the Air Force Commendation Medal and Air Force Achievement Medal. Diegel also worked as a counterproliferation analyst, working on countering threats of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-year explosives weapons as well as studying pandemics. In 2006, Diegel began his financial planning career and has spent the past 14 years at Edward Jones Investments, first in Texas and then in Scottsdale, Ariz. since 2010.
