Phoenix-based Creation is one of the fastest-growing CRE developers in the country and was founded by David Sellers and Bob Agahi. As part of their $4.4 billion of ground-up developments in the pipeline, the company donated three newly renovated, mortgage-free residential homes, valued at around $2 million total, to three female war veterans days before Christmas.

The homes are in the Village of Islandia (on Long Island, New York) and part of Creation’s Old Nichols Commerce Center which is nearing completion. On December 20, Creation and the Village of Islandia transferred the keys and deeds to the veterans — Melissa Pandolf, Sabrina Lacy and Catherine Doherty — and their families at a special ceremony that took place at the Col. Francis S. Midura Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #12144 in Islandia. Bob Agahi was there to sign the deeds and hand over the keys to the homes.

“These veterans served our country and I’m pleased that we were able to work with Creation Equity to thank them for their service and have a positive impact on their lives,” Allan M. Dorman, Mayor, Village of Islandia, said. “We would like to thank Creation Equity for their assistance in providing these veterans a home, just in time for Christmas.”
