“Quantum is expanding rapidly, including the acquisition of several companies throughout the Western US,” says Don MacWilliam with Colliers. “The client wanted to create a sizable operation in the East Valley, where one of their acquired companies, Crawford Mechanical Services, is based.  We were able to take advantage of excess inventory and vacancy in this submarket to strike a very beneficial deal for Quantum.”

Don MacWilliam, Payson MacWilliam, Casey Koziol, and Chris Reese of Colliers represented Quantum Industrial Services in the lease negotiation.  Chris McClurg and Ken McQueen of Lee & Associates represented Mesa Gateway Owner PH2, LLC, owner of the building.  Quantum Industrial Services leased the entire recently completed Building 9 of the industrial park.

Quantum Industrial Services took possession of the new space in mid-July and is currently constructing 27,000 square feet of office space in the building, as well as installing equipment necessary for its operations.  The facility will employ approximately 200 workers, including new hires as the company rapidly scales.
