Queen Creek Olive Mill was awarded the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce 2019 Business of the Year Award. The recognition is presented annually to a high-standing chamber member by the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce. Queen Creek Olive Mill accepted the award on September 19 at the 10th Annual Business Awards Dinner at the Encanterra Country Club.

The Business of the Year award recipient is given to chamber members who provides excellence in customer service, has experienced progressive sales and marketing growth, offers innovative products or services, demonstrates economic support of the Queen Creek area business community, and participates in community volunteerism.

“Our little olive mill that could is exceptionally honored and proud to accept this award by the Chamber of Commerce. It means a lot to be recognized by our home community like this” says Perry Rea, owner of the Queen Creek Olive Mill.

The Queen Creek Olive Mill is Arizona’s only working olive farm and mill with a 100-acre farm and more than 7000 olive trees. The company dedicates its success to their farm practices and the products they offer which exemplify their dedication to the environment and the health of their customers.

Guests can shop for an array of locally made olive oils, balsamic vinegars, olives, and other local favorites. Visitors can tour the olive farm and learn first-hand how olives are pressed into olive oil, enjoy family recipes at the Italian inspired eatery which uses local and garden-sourced ingredients, and grab a cup of coffee at Superstition Coffee. Among the mill’s already existing amenities, the Rea family plans to add olive groves, a restaurant, brewery, and a boutique bed and breakfast hotel. The newest addition to The Mill is their Olivespa studio, which provides all-natural, plant-based skin care products, soaps, and facial scrubs with the mission to create home and body care products with ingredients to provide a healthy, natural, sustainable alternative for the community and its future.
